I use these shoes mainly for long road runs but someti省錢方法發燒好康mes on a treadmill when the weather is not great. The cushioning on these shoes is unbelievable, they simply bounce with every step. The Flyknit is just outstanding.
My long runs have become way more comfortable and I can go faster at any stage. My only worry is the that the outside of the heal area started wearing off after the first run, all my shoes have the same wear in the same area except that it takes a few months for it to become visible.A step in the right direction, but still a mixed bag

I wasn't a big fan of the first generation of the zoom fly. This generation is definitely an improvement; however, I still have issues with it. On the positive side, the fit with the upper has definitely been improved with the addition of Flyknit (and it no longer fits a half size small). And the removal of Flywire is a plus in my book. The shoe is also more comfortable and lively than the first generation, which was a shoe that just felt dead right out of the box. However, although it's an improvement, I still think the shoe is lacking in this respect. And oh boy is it heavy for a shoe that is pegged as a race day option. In fact, that's probably the biggest problem with the shoe. Because Flyknit is so light and the stack height is so massive, the shoe is very bottom heavy. The stack height isn't a problem on the Vaporfly 4% because zoom x is super light; however the zoom fly is full length react, which isn't nearly as lightweight. The end result, for me anyways, is that the shoe just doesn't feel fast even if you're running a quick pace. And it feels somewhat awkward having such a high percentage of a shoe's weight underneath your foot. I know some peg this shoe as being both a racing and training shoe, but I believe there are better options from Nike for both categories.

最暢銷產品特賣會I did a 20 miler in Pegasus Turbos, a 22 miler in Zoom Fly FKs, and the full 26.2 in new Vaporflys. These are a distant 3rd place. It was a nice idea to try to mate the full carbon plate to the less expensive shoe, but the solid block of react foam is just too heavy for it to work well. The end result rides hard as a rock. The sock like upper is fine with ZoomX, but with this sole it just felt like you were swinging a brick around on the bottom of your foot. The fit of the shoe is also a bit odd, it seems to curve inward at the toes, but the biggest issue I found was that the insole isnt glued down like it is in the 4%. Any water or sweat that ended up in the shoe (which is a guarantee), makes the insole float and squish around.

桃園李姓男子去4月強拉照顧母親的印尼女看護進廁所，朝她強吻、襲胸並指侵，不顧對方反抗尖叫喊「不要」，2天內竟接連下手4次，女子打1955通報後李急忙拿出12萬元和解，但檢方訊時又矢口否任，還反質疑女看護指控真實性，檢方痛斥他毫無悔意，依強制性交等罪嫌起訴他。檢警調查，李男（58歲）的哥哥聘僱看護照顧年邁母親，去年4月15日李探望時發現媽媽熟睡，見女子坐在床邊就強拉她到廁所，還將對方雙手拉至背後壓住，並省荷包強吻、襲胸還用手指性侵得逞。. } }); } 李見對方不敢立即通報，隔天再度故技重施，早上9點、中午11點，又兩度拉女看護進廁所強吻、指侵，未料李意猶未盡，下午4點多再度伸出狼爪，不過哥哥剛好回家他只好臨時收手，女看護不甘受辱，趁隙撥打1955通報。檢方訊時，李說自己只有白天會去探視媽媽，否認有對女看護性侵，但對方指證歷歷，遭害細節描述清楚，也說自己因為怕影響工作，不敢提告、面對李男；女看護仲介說，當時警察有到她工作地點，李還跪在地上表露誠意道歉，還手寫道歉信等。檢方勘驗道歉信，內容提到李對女子說因為自己不禮貌舉動造成她不舒服等，且1955專線勞工諮詢專線也確有接獲通報，檢方認為，李雖已支付女子12萬元和解金，但警訊、偵查中均否認犯行，還質疑女子控訴的真實性。認為他飾詞狡飾、毫無悔悟之心，依3個強制性交罪、1個強制性交未遂罪嫌起訴他，建請法院量處適當之刑。李2天內涉嫌性侵女看護4次，他事後拿12萬元和解，卻矢口否認犯嫌。示意圖／ingimage 分享 facebook
中榮為銀髮寶貝設計歡樂年菜 增肌減脂吃好吃巧
春節闔家團圓，牙口不好的長輩，面對滿桌佳餚，只能望美食興嘆，有時家人體貼，刻意煮得糊爛，卻讓長輩看得沒胃口，台中榮總顛覆傳統，為銀髮族設計一套菜色完整，可口美味，兼顧健康營養的年菜，不用特殊食材，就能讓全家老少，增肌減脂，吃好吃巧。(寇世菁報導)
台中榮總營養室主任謝惠敏說，平常家戶不可能每餐十道菜，針對銀髮長輩設計的年菜，重點是總熱量足夠，蛋白質要足夠，加上很多軟嫩青菜。利用唾手可得的食材，例如馬鈴薯、豆腐鮮魚、鮮蝦腐皮、麵線、雞肉、蘿蔔糕、銀耳、布丁等，不用特殊食材，以簡單烹調創新設計，自己下廚也能做出好吃好看，還能增肌減脂的年菜。
營養師陳妍蒨表示，高齡者普遍牙齒脫落、嗅覺變差、消化及吸收能力減退，攝食意願降低，營養攝取不足。肌肉是維持健康的重要關鍵，身體肌肉少，缺乏鍛鍊，肌力下降，失能風險及死亡率都會升高，想要增加肌肉，運動和飲食必須雙管齊下。以飲食增強肌力的關鍵，不只是蛋白質，還要有足夠的碳水化合物，例如米飯、麵食、水果等含醣類，因此搭配均衡飲食，攝食全穀雜糧類、奶類、豆魚蛋肉類、油脂與堅果類、蔬菜類、水果類等六大類食物，掌握健康飲食三低一高低油、低鹽、低糖、高纖的原則，獲得各種必須的營養素，才能更健康。
營養師說， 對牙口功能不全的銀髮族來說，製備易咬、好吞又好吃的食物，最簡單的方法就是挑選質地軟或切割成小體積，避開粗糙、堅硬的食材，利用烹調方法改變食物組織，同時降低油脂含量，減輕負擔好消化，既可維持食物原形又可讓食物可更軟嫩，適口性更佳，吃得健康又營養。民眾有興趣，可上台中榮總官網查詢。
